The location of the hotel was good and convenient for reaching expected destinations. the staff and owner were supportive and helpful. the rooms were clean and comfortable with decent facilities such as pizza and pasta available to order. the hotel provided good value for money.
It would have been better if the hotel had more English-speaking staff to cater for international guests.

We had a great stay with excellent staff support. Best aspects include clean and well-equipped facilities, convenient location to our destination, and a delicious breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

Had a great city break with tasty food and helpful staff. Location was very convenient with lots of local attractions within walking distance. the staff were incredibly supportive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the pizza and pasta we tried were delicious!
Although the staff were welcoming, their English could have been better, which made communication a bit tricky at times. It would also be great to see more variety in the lunch and dinner menu with a few more options for vegetarians.

My Xmas stay was amazing! The location was spot on, close to all the attractions. The hot chocolate was to die for and the owner's hospitality was excellent. The place had a cozy feel to it, with decorations and a fireplace, making it a perfect holiday retreat. The staff was always there to help with my needs and the overall experience was unforgettable.
The language barrier was a little problematic. The staff had difficulty understanding English, but they tried their best to assist me.
